Traditional questionnaires provided insufficient insight — they sought objective data. **The approach** Apployee set up a large-scale measurement programme: - Vitality measurements at multiple locations simultaneously - Objective measurements of stress and body composition - Direct feedback and personal advice per employee - Management dashboard with anonymous group data **The result** Within three months, more than 500 employees had been measured. The average rating from participants was 9.4. Redcare has expanded the programme to additional locations.
